Refund Policy

Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks Infinite and DJ customization.

Full refund within 14 days

If Premium isn't for you, email team@seguedaily.com within 14 days of buying it, from the email address on your account, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days generally aren't refundable, but if something went wrong, like a duplicate charge or Premium never unlocking, contact us and we'll make it right.

What happens to Premium

A refunded purchase removes Premium from the account. Your DJ name, badges and scores stay.

Free Premium and promo codes

Premium given for free or through a 100%-off code has no payment to refund.
